  • LEGAL AGREEMENT

    By purchasing a service from Shopify Web Services, the client agrees to be bound by this legal contract. This includes handling responses to legal notices related to Trademark Services, Patents, and Lawsuits. If a client chooses to close their business, they are responsible for submitting the necessary cancellation documents to remove their legal name from business records, protecting them from any legal liabilities related to the infringing business name. Failure to provide such documentation releases Shopify Web Services from any liability for legal damages incurred by the client due to the infringement.

  • REVISION POLICY

    The number of revisions included is based on the package you select. You are entitled to the revisions specified in your package details. Our goal is to provide the best service, and we will continue revising until your requirements are fully met. No additional charges will apply if the design concepts remain unchanged. You will receive your revised design within 48 hours.

    Any revisions requested after the website design is finalized will be treated as a new order and will incur additional charges.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Shopify Web Services’ refund policy will not apply under the following circumstances:

    • You have selected a special package.
    • The primary design concept has been approved.
    • Revisions have been requested.
    • Cancellation occurs due to reasons unrelated to the company.
    • The company has not been contacted for over two weeks during the project.
    • Company policies have been violated.
    • Another designer or company has been engaged for the same project.
    • The creative brief is incomplete or lacking the required information.
    • A complete design change is demanded.
    • The claim exceeds the designated "request for refund" time frame.
    • The business is closing or changing its name.
    • Reasons such as "change of mind," "disagreement with a partner," or other unrelated factors will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
    • For service bundles, if a client is dissatisfied with a specific service, refunds will only apply to that service, not the entire bundle.
    • Refunds will not be provided after 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • Refunds will not be provided for websites once the design is approved and sent for development.
    • Refund requests will not be entertained once the website designs are approved.
    • A partial refund (up to 25%) may be granted if the client fails to provide the initial brief within 10 days of placing the order.
    • Refunds will not be processed after the final delivery of files following client approval.

    Note: : Shopify Web Services reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. In the event of a refund, the client will forfeit any rights to the designs, which will remain the sole property of Shopify Web Services. The company retains full ownership of the designs.

  • CLAIM YOUR REFUND

    To claim your refund following our refund policy, please follow these steps:

    Once we receive your refund request, we will respond as soon as possible. After completing the necessary analysis, we will initiate the refund process.

    Important: After your refund is processed, you will forfeit all rights to any designs submitted by Shopify Web Services. The designs will be submitted for Copyright Acquisition with the relevant Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legal compliance.

  • 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

    Our unlimited revisions policy ensures your complete satisfaction. We are dedicated to exceeding your expectations and will continue refining your design until you are fully satisfied. The number of revisions will be based on your selected package, but rest assured, we won’t stop until the design meets your approval.

  • DELIVERY POLICY

    Your complete order will be delivered to the account provided at the time of purchase on the date specified in the Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.

    The turnaround time will vary based on the selected package, with a minimum of 2 business days required. For urgent orders, please contact our customer support team.

  • RECORD MAINTENANCE

    Shopify Web Services maintains records of all finalized designs to ensure that, in the event of a misplaced order, we can provide you with the exact file. Please note that extracting files from our records will incur an additional charge.

  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    Our customer support team is available 24/7 to address all your concerns and queries. We are dedicated to providing assistance whenever you need it, ensuring that your questions are answered promptly and effectively.

  • COMMUNICATION POLICY

    You agree that Shopify Web Services is not liable for any communication from email addresses other than those associated with our official domain (....shoifywebservices.com) or toll-free numbers not listed on our website. Shopify Web Services will not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by correspondence from unofficial sources.

    We only accept responsibility for communication sent through email addresses under our official domain or via toll-free numbers listed on our website.

    If a client fails to respond within 45 days, project activation charges may apply.

    We take full responsibility for all information communicated through our official domains and contact details.
